Virtual Beginner Boot Camp

This 4-week group boot camp will help you keep your New Year’s Resolution to get healthy and lose weight!

This group is for beginners or those that have taken a break and want to get back into a routine.

WORKOUTS

*strength and cardio workouts with Laura, certified personal trainer.

*some sessions will be live via Zoom and others will be pre-recorded

*all sessions will be recorded so that if you cannot attend at the scheduled time, you can access it based on your schedule

NUTRITION

*meal suggestions, recipes, guidance and discussions about healthy eating and how to have a realistic plan

*learn portion control, how intermittent fasting can benefit you, and so much more

ACCOUNTABILITY

*accountability and support by Laura, your trainer, and also through your group

*there will be required homework and also the opportunity to participate in discussions, you will not be alone on your journey!

Everything is virtual and will be recorded!
